#6 TCU (5-0) @ Kansas State (3-2)
Where: Bill Snyder Family Stadium, Manhattan, KS
Time: 12 PM ET, on FS1
Line: TCU -6
A bye week for TCU, and a double OT loss in Austin last week for K State, sets up for an interesting matchup in Manhattan this Saturday. A potential trap game for Gary Patterson’s Horned Frogs albeit they clearly have more talent than the Wildcats playing with a back up QB this week. Expect TCU to turn to confuse the sophomore QB and turn it into a track race on offense.

#24 Texas Tech @ West Virginia
Where: Milan Puskar Stadium, Morgantown, WV
Time: 12 PM ET, on ESPNU
Line: West Virginia -3.5
Other than Texas-OU this big 12 matchup is one of the more exciting games this week. With an over under posted at 72.5, and both offenses averaging over 550 per game this could end up being first to score 50 wins.

Florida St. (1-3) @ Duke (4-2)
Where: Wallace Wade Stadium, Durham, NC
Time: 12 PM ET, on ESPN 2
Line: Florida St. -7.5
Florida St. is in my weekly picks simply because they were a playoff favorite, and after losing QB Deondre Francois, they’ll struggle to make it to a bowl game. Heading to Durham to face a surprisingly competitive Duke team, the seminole D must slow down RB Shaun Wilson, who averages 5.8 yards per carry. This will be decided on Defense, if Duke can stop true freshman QB James Blackmon, they’ll be in a good spot to win.

#17 Michigan (4-1) @ (3-2) Indiana
Where: Memorial Stadium, Bloomington, IN
Time: 12 PM ET, on ABC
Line: Michigan -8
After competing with Ohio St. for 3 quarters the opening week, the scrappy Indiana Hoosiers have won 3 of their last 4, but are 0-2 against ranked opponents. On the other side, Michigan will look to rebound from a loss last week, in an all around sloppy game vs. in state rival Michigan St. The defense alone is good enough to win this game, which they have done for the majority of the year, I’d expect this game to look a lot like the week 1 matchup against the buckeyes.

Georgia Tech (3-1) @ Miami (4-0)
Where: Hard Rock Stadium, Miami, FL
Time: 3:30 PM ET, on ABC
Line: Miami -6
Mark Richt and the Miami Hurricanes are looking like they are here to stay after beating Florida St. for the first time since 2009. This week will be a huge test for them when the triple option attack come to town. Averaging close to 400 yards on the ground against an average run D from miami could serve well for the Yellow Jackets. Not to mention the Jackets also have a defense that ranks 1st in the ACC in terms of yards per game.

Oklahoma (4-1) Vs. (3-2) Texas
Where: Cotton Bowl, Dallas, TX
Time: 3:30 PM ET, on ESPN
Line: Oklahoma -9.5
The Red River Rivalry gets underway for the 112th time at 3:30 in Dallas. The last 4 games have been split 2-2, both wins for Texas, as an unranked underdog. Expect OU to bring a lot of energy to this rivalry game after losing their 2nd Big 12 matchup at home last week at home to Iowa St. The matchup to watch for that will decide the game is Baker Mayfield against the Longhorns #1 Big 12 defense, then also freshman QB Sam Ehlinger and the struggling OU secondary.

#10 Auburn (5-1) @ LSU (4-2)
Where: Tiger Stadium, Baton Rouge, LA
Time: 3:30 PM ET, on CBS
Line: Auburn -7.5
The Tigers Vs. the Tigers… If LSU has any shot to win, they must stop Jarrett Stidham and the War Eagle offensive attack, to keep it close for their mediocre offense if they want a chance to win. If LSU loses, they would fall to 1-2 in the SEC heating up Ed Orgeron’s seat even more. Even at week 6, this is a must win for the purple and gold.

#24 Navy (5-0) @ Memphis (4-1)
Where: Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium, Memphis, TN
Time: 3:45 PM ET, on ESPNU
Line: Memphis -3.5
Quietly a really good afternoon matchup with not many marquee games on. Memphis is scrappy and has a chance to run the table in the AAC, while the Midshipmen are easily the best out of all the military academies with an even better chance to run the table at 5-0. The triple option is hands down the most difficult offense to stop, simply because you can’t, you must attempt to slow it down at best. Memphis offense is very capable of keeping up on the scoreboard with an offense that puts up 42 points per game.

Utah (4-1) @ #13 USC (5-1)
Where: Los Angeles Memorial Stadium, Los Angeles, CA
Time: 8 PM ET, on ABC
Line: USC -12.5
Another team looking for a statement win, to bounce back into the playoff picture, after losing on the road at Washington St. rebounded against Oregon St. behind Sam Darnold’s 316 passing yards. Utah will attempt to bounce back after losing a close game last week at home against Stanford.
Aaron: USC Andrew: USC
Oregon (4-2) @ #23 Stanford (4-2)
Where: Stanford Stadium, Stanford Stadium
Time: 11 PM ET, on ESPN
Line: Stanford -11.5
The late night game Saturday is a pretty good Pac 12 matchup at Cardinal stadium. Stanford bounced back last week after beating Utah on the road. Stanford has a slight advantage as Oregon’s Justin Herbert is out with a broken collarbone, Stanford’s run d is suspect at times, but they should expect a ton of touches from Royce Freeman.
Aaron: Stanford Andrew: Stanford
Aaron: Like I picked Texas to win, they should definitely cover, that line started out at 7 and has expanded to 9. Even a 5-7 Texas team from a year ago competed in the rivalry last year in a 45-40 loss in Dallas.
Andrew: In a Big 12 matchup like this and 2 high octane offenses, the game could go either way. Texas Tech could very well upset West Virginia in terms of the spread.
