Texas (1-2) @ Iowa St. (2-1)
Where: Jake Trice Stadium, Ames, IA
Time: 8 PM ET, on ESPN
Line: Texas -6.5
Playing in Ames for the first time since the Cyclones held the Longhorns to a meager 204 yards of total offense en route to a 24-0 shellacking. This is a big game for both teams to open up conference play as they look to compete in Big 12 play.

#14 Miami (2-0) @ Duke (4-0)
Where: Wallace Wade Stadium, Durham, NC
Time: 7 PM ET, on ESPN
Line: Miami -6.5
Who doesn’t love potential trap games? We’ll find out if Duke is for real, and if Miami prove they can hang with the big boys in the ACC. Both teams averaging over 40 points per game, this game will be nothing less than an exciting shootout.

#5 USC (4-0) @ 16 Washington St. (4-0)
Where: Martin Stadium, Pullman, WA
Time: 10:30 PM, on ESPN
Line: USC -3.5
What most believe is the toughest road game for the Trojans, they’ll get to take on Luke Faulk and the high octane offense from Washington St. Sam Darnold has been a little turnover happy, early this year throwing 7 INT’s in just 4 games, he’ll need to take care of the rock in order to limit the cougars offensive possessions.

Florida St. (0-2) @ Wake Forest (4-0)
Where: BB&T Stadium, Winston-Salem, NC
Time: 3:30 PM ET, on ABC
Line: Florida St. -7.5
To the average eye, this may not look like much of an intriguing matchup. However, the now unranked Seminoles are 0-2 for the 1st time since 1989. Playing with a true freshman QB that will be making just his 2nd career start saturday. The undefeated Demon Deacons are very balanced on offense, averaging over 215 yards on the ground and through the air. While the defense may struggle, if they follow the print NC state laid out a week ago, they have a shot.

#24 Mississippi St. (3-1) @ #13 Auburn (3-1)
Where: Jordan-Hare Stadium, Auburn, AL
Time: 6 PM ET, on ESPN
Line: Auburn -9
After being embarrassed a week ago in Athens, the Bulldogs fell 7 spots in the ranking, and it won’t get any easier this week with Auburn. After being held to just 117 yards, and 6 points of offense 3 weeks ago against Clemson, the Tigers have rebounded to combine for 996 yards and 75 points.

South Carolina (3-1) @ Texas A&M (3-1)
Where: Kyle Field, College Station, TX
Time: 7:30 PM ET, on SEC Network
Line: Texas A&M -9.5
This ought to be a high scoring game—not because of the flawless offense, but the atrocious defense. Both teams give up over 400 yards per game, and this game will be no different. A&M had a big win in OT last week to start off SEC play on a good note. Freshman QB Kellen Mond has struggled only completing 50% of his passes. Luckily Trayveon Williams and Keith Ford pick up the slack on the ground combining for 9 of A&M’s 18 touchdowns this year.

Memphis (3-0) @ UCF (2-0)
Where: Spectrum Stadium, Orlando, FL
Time: 7 PM ET, ESPN2
Line: UCF -4
Both teams have an impressive win this year and will try to keep it going again in week 4. Memphis shocked UCLA at home 2 weeks ago as Anthony Miller had 9 catches for 185 yards and 2 TD’s. As for UCF, the Golden Knights went into College Park and picked apart what was an undefeated Maryland team. This could end up being a track meet, with both teams averaging 43 plus points per game, but in a conference game its always a toss up.

#2 Clemson (4-0) @ #12 Virginia Tech (4-0)
Where: Lane Stadium, Blacksburg, VA
Time: 8 PM ET, on ABC
Line: Clemson -7
Easily the most Intriguing matchup this week, the Clemson Tigers head to Blacksburg for a date with the Hokies. Virginia Tech QB Josh Jackson has been awfully impressive thus far, throwing for 1127 passing yards, with 11 TD’s, and just 1 INT. Clemson’s defense has proven to be stingy, most will remember 2 weeks ago when they held reigning heisman winner to a 50% completion rating, and just 1 TD.

#15 Oklahoma St. (3-1) @ Texas Tech (3-0)
Where: Jones AT&T Stadium, Lubbock, TX
Time: 8 PM ET, on FOX
Line: Oklahoma St. -9.5
Another potential shootout in the Big 12. Oklahoma St. will try to rebound after stumbling against TCU a week ago while Texas Tech beat Houston on the road. Both teams average over 500 yards on offense per game while allowing 360 plus, yikes. 1st to 50 wins?
Aaron: Oklahoma St. Andrew: Oklahoma St.
Cal (3-1) @ Oregon (3-1)
Where: Autzen Stadium, Eugene, OR
Time: 10:30 PM ET, on FS1
Line: Oregon -13.5
Both coming off losses to start off 0-1 in Pac 12 play, the Ducks and Bears square off in Eugene trying to get back to .500. Cal QB Ross Bowers will have to limit the turnovers, as he’s thrown more INT’s than TD’s this year, if Cal wants to have any shot on the road Saturday.
Aaron: Oregon Andrew: Cal
Aaron: Wake Forest +7.5 at home against Florida St. who is struggling to say the least, if the Deacons can get into the endzone they’ll cover.
Andrew: The undefeated Blue Devils +6.5 at home with Miami coming to Durham, rolling on big momentum from the win against rival North Carolina will carry over, duke won’t just cover, they’ll upset the Hurricanes.
